ZipWall operates this website to provide information about the ZipWall company, the products sold by ZipWall as well as an online shop for dust protection systems and products used for them.

After the contract between you and ZipWall has been executed in full, ZipWall must store your data for various periods due to commercial-law and tax-law retention obligations, and after those retention periods have expired, your data will be automatically deleted by ZipWall.

In order to execute the contract properly, ZipWall must pass on your personal data to supplier and transport companies instructed by us. In order to process payments, ZipWall will pass on your personal payment data to the respective credit institution.

ZipWall offers you “Multisafepay” as a payment service provider, a service by Multisafepay bv, Kraanspoor 39, 1033 SC Amsterdam, the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as “Multisafepay”). Using Multisafepay, you can make payments very easily and safely, especially with credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro), bank transfer and immediate transfer (Ideal, Bancontact Mister Cash, inCasso, giro pay, Direct ebanking.com, overBoeking). You can select the pertinent payment type during the order process. When making payment using Multisafepay, personal data, particularly invoice data (such as your name, your email address) and your dispatch address as well as the goods selected by you, is transmitted to Multisafepay.

Multisafepay then collects the payment information entered by you in order to process the payment. Moreover, Multisafepay forwards data where necessary to third parties, including to third parties in non-EEA member states. This also includes creditworthiness and credit agencies.
